1. Who we are
FugatiAI is a suite of AI-powered business tools operated by HyperLogic Solutions. Our registered contact is contact@hyperlogicsolutions.co.uk. This Privacy Policy applies to all FugatiAI products and services, including Veritas and any future products under the fugati.app and fugati.ai domains.
Each product may also have its own supplementary privacy policy that covers product-specific data processing. Where a product-level policy exists, it should be read alongside this document.
2. What data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to provide our services. Depending on how you interact with FugatiAI, this may include:
- Account information — name, email address, and password when you register for any FugatiAI product.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps, and browser/device information collected via server logs.
- Payment information — billing details processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — emails you send to us, including support requests and notification signups.
- Product-specific data — data you submit when using individual products (e.g. email lists submitted to Veritas). See the relevant product privacy policy for details.
3. How we use your data
We use the data we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our products and services.
- Process payments and maintain billing records.
- Send transactional emails — job completion notifications, receipts, and account alerts.
- Send product launch notifications where you have explicitly opted in.
- Respond to support requests and communications.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases under UK GDPR:
- Contract — processing necessary to provide the services you have signed up for.
- Legitimate interests — improving our products, preventing fraud, and maintaining security.
- Consent — where you have explicitly opted in, such as launch notification signups.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted third-party service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure, storage, and AI services (AWS Bedrock).
- Email delivery providers — for transactional and notification emails.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes.
Product-specific data retention periods are described in the relevant product privacy policy.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@hyperlogicsolutions.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — those required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party analytics scripts are loaded without your consent.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted storage, and access controls. No system is completely secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
